Just wanted to say thank you!  This class was exactly what our team needed.

The blunt clarity around each role sparked some big aha moments. No one could hide anymore!  A few team members realized the role was more than they could take on and stepped out on their own, which was a HUGE win for us!  We lost a struggling Team Leader and an Agent Services that didn't understand what that role really meant.  

 

That level of self-awareness saved us time and brought the clarity and change we needed. Our MCOM, who fights change, was open-minded to the systems provided and is using them today.  

 

I also used the content to help onboard our new Interim Team Leader after our TL stepped out of the role.  She said it gave her a clear, honest look at what the role really is, and it helped her make the decision to step in with eyes wide open.

The team had great feedback overall. They really enjoyed the homework and activities, and most said the best nuggets came after the calls officially ended—when people stuck around, shared openly, and got real.
